During your first interview we will give you an overview of the position. We will also want to learn more about your skills, personality, working experience and of course what your expectations are for working at QIAGEN.
Depending on the role and the level of the position, the number of interviews you need to attend may vary. The interviews could be conducted through phone, face to face or video conference.
As part of the interview process, you may also be requested to complete a questionnaire which will allow us to get to know you better.
