The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of QIAGEN N.V. ("AGM") will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 03:00 p.m. (Amsterdam time) at Maaspoort, Oude Markt 30, 5911 HH Venlo, The Netherlands. .
In light of the global COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) outbreak, shareholders will not be given physical access to this year's Annual General Meeting and can only follow the Annual General Meeting through electronic means. With this measure, we can protect the health and safety of our shareholders and all other persons involved in our Annual General Meeting. Although it is unfortunate that we cannot hold the Annual General Meeting as usual, safety comes first for QIAGEN in this extraordinary situation.
On June 2, 2020 the total number of shares of the Company issued is 230,829,308.67 and the number of voting rights is 228,467,464. The number of voting rights does not include the treasury shares held by the Company and the fractional shares.
