On May 27, 2026, the total number of shares of the Company issued is 206,800,617, and the number of voting rights is 206,250,011. The number of voting rights does not include the treasury shares held by the Company.
A webcast of the AGM will be hosted on June 24, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. CET (9:00 local time). Shareholders will be able to follow the meeting in listen-only mode. It will not be possible to vote or address the meeting via the webcast.
